As your private hibachi chef, Chef Leon will bring his custom mobile hibachi grill and all your pre-selected, fresh food that he will prepare just for you, bringing an on-site hibachi catering to your doorstep, for your family gatherings, parties and special events! We have a 25-mile radius from our location in Glens Falls, New York. For reservations beyond our 25-mile radius, a $3/mile travel surcharge will be applied.

Our Booking Prices and Policies
1.) $200 deposit is required to secure a date.
2.) 20% gratuity will be automatically applied.
3.) Local tax will be added to your total.
4.) $500 minimum for your event (including tip & tax).
5.) If the party is cancelled within 3-7 days of the event, a 50% refund will be issued. To recover full deposit, a reservation must be cancelled a full week or more in advance.
6.) Optional: For an additional fee, we can provide tables, chairs, plates, linens, silverware, and clean up tables after the meal is complete (+$200).
7.) Should inclement weather occur, postponement as well as rescheduling of events entirely can be mutually agreed upon at no additional cost.
Set Up
Preparation and Set up
Our Chef will arrive one hour early to prepare and set up.
Hibachi event typically lasts between 1-1/2 hours in duration.
The hibachi grill might not be able to travel up to more than one floor, no more than two steps stairway area.
Garage, backyard, or venue hall is recommended.
